Spiegelunkers

Kev and I took advantage of Piedad being home with Max and the July 3 holiday to explore a little bit more of Belize. We travelled just outside of Belmopan to visit St. Herman's Cave and the Inland Blue Hole.

Now, this probably seems pretty cool - and it was - but there are some things we should do differently next time.
1. Don't go during a rainstorm.
2. Bring bugspray.
3. Wear long pants and shirts.
4. Carry water with you.
5. Don't wear the only tennis shoes you have.

We learned a valuable lesson in that we need to mention we are locals. Price for 2 locals = $4BZ. Price for 2 visitors = $60BZ. The work permit is paying itself off!
