The Great Coconut Harvest

Pasquales coconut tree was getting a bit dangerous as its coconuts were starting to randomly fall. Two of the staff decided to remedy the situation for us. I thought it was an awesome thing to watch but it did make me very nervous that Minor was so high in the tree without any safety net. We had lots of people watching this event - customers, the police at the training school, random people walking/driving by - everyone wanted a coconut but we didn't share.

Our post-harvest drink. Coconut water, fresh pineapple, BZ rum. Very disappointing. Good concept though (based off the pinacolada).
