We've had the good fortune of meeting some really incredible people since we began this Belizean adventure. Jack is one of these people. Jack just retired from the US Foreign
Service this month and was the Chargee (#2 in command) at the Embassy. We first met Jack and Linda through the Belize Hash House Harriers and have spent a bit of time with them during the last 2 years. This year Jack turned 65 and the US requires that all foreign service officers retire in the month of their 65th birthday so we had a big bash at Villa Verano in Hopkins to celebrate the birthday and retirement.
