Shopping For More Nursery 'Necessities'

Much to Kevin's chagrin, today was spent shopping on last minute 'necessities' for the baby. By necessities, I mean shelves for the wall, hooks and dowel to hang the diaper caddy, wall decorations, and a changing pad. We succeeded on some of the list, made a few impulse buys, and just plain forgot about other things. I spent this evening putting everything together - the new purchases as well as gifts from the Shure baby shower last night - while Kevin napped for a few hours.

A few pics of the nursery. Almost everything in the room was sewn by mom. I have one more request out to her - to make us a toy bag for all stuffed animals that the little guy has received.

Nice Pictures. Peg must have had a blast making those. The joys of being a grandmother. Then when it comes to redecorate, it'll be your job Beth!

Hi Beth,

The nursery looks great. Was thinking of you this weekend... wondering if there would be an announcement. Glad to hear all is well and you're feeling good.

Best wishes for the big day and the arrival of the little guy.
