Pasquales

This is Pasquales, the pizza place we are going to run. It is currently being run by Mark, a friend of Kevin's brother, Tom. Mark is a great guy and is helping us with our transition. Mark is moving back to the States so his daughter can attend high school here.

Pasquales currently serves pizza, pasta, subs, and chicken wings. The sub bread is unlike any I've ever had before. Kevin is heading down sooner than Max and I so that he can learn the ins and outs of the biz.

Kevin finally gets to live his dream of owning his little restaurant. My dream of never working in food service is coming to a crashing halt. Oh well. At least I'm an owner of it and not just a worker!
